About the Role

We're seeking experienced professionals who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and helping others grow. As a mentor, you'll work closely with mentees to provide guidance, support, and insights that will help them navigate their career paths and achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one mentorship sessions with assigned mentees
Offer career guidance, feedback, and professional development advice
Share industry insights and best practices based on your experience
Help mentees set and achieve their professional goals
Participate in mentorship program activities and community events

Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in your field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for teaching and helping others succeed
Ability to commit to regular mentorship sessions
Patient, empathetic, and supportive approach to mentoring
